These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Instant Response Beta and full version application provided by Genki Coaching LLC.

1. Acceptance of Terms:

By accessing or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Free Trial & Payment:

You may access the Beta version of the app with a 7-day free trial. After the trial period, a one-time payment will be charged to continue access.

3. Cancellation and Refunds:

You may cancel your trial anytime within the 7-day period without incurring any charges. After the 7-day trial, no refunds will be issued once the one-time payment is processed.

4. Account Responsibility:

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Intellectual Property:

All content, including prompts and analytics, are owned by Genki Coaching LLC.

6. Termination:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
